Long time customer

Have been a customer for quite some time now both standard savings accounts and fixed rate bonds.. As existing customers we always get emails informing us of any new saving options. Also kept informed of any change to interest rates. During Covid with restrictions we were able to carry out our required banking needs with the usual excellent serice which still applies today Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

Super service

Always answer the phone (no long holds). Very helpful & pleasant and invariably any queries get resolved quickly and effectively. Great communications & clarity. Very much geared to the customers needs. Not top paying (in terms of interest) but competitive and responsive to BOE rate changes. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Child Trust Fund - no issues so far

My son has held a CTF with Chorley for 13 years now. We've had no bother with it. The interest has been accruing and we get an annual statement. There were no issues when we moved home and the communications have been welcomed without being overwhelming. We had no bother speaking to a helpful human being whenever we have needed to.
