First direct

Love first direct and been with them from nearly their start. Only gripe is that now semi retired don't have the high income to access some of their products which seems a bit mean for loyal customers Reviewed on: 12th February 2017

One of the biggest banks in the country, yet when you ask for help after a difficulty few months you get a knock back, even after being a customer for over 20 years. Time to move banks. Reviewed on: 11th February 2017

step up the damn online banking a notch or 10

theyre too slow and out of date with the online stuff. its like living in the stone age when others have super sophisticated online banking. only just upgraded and its still naff. bleh Reviewed on: 11th February 2017
