Easy and professional

I have been with HSBC for around 8 years. It was very easy to sign up and they have always been helpful and professional whenever I needed anything. Reviewed on: 13th February 2016

Average!

I have a normal bank account with HSBC and have been with them many years. They provide adequate service and I've not had any issues with them at all. I find the online banking excellent, I detest the telephone so don't use that service. I recently went to pay a cheque into the bank and found my local branch has closed down, I wasn't aware this was happening. The staff in there were always really lovely but the opening hours were pretty pathetic anyway. I am not sure how I am supposed to deal with cheques now as I have had no information about the closure. My overall review would be that the service is adequate, no more or less than I would expect. Brilliant banking company.
