It is always easy to communicate with south manchester credit union and I love that they have an app to communicate through too, whenever I need help with anything from information about my account or applying for a loan there is always a friendly staff member ready to help, the help is always straightforward, informative and easy to understand, and south manchester credit union make you feel at ease, not under pressing and that they care, they don't judge anyone's background or situation and I love that Reviewed on: 28th May 2025

Proud to be in the unoin

I have been with south Manchester credit union for 18 years. Initially I had fallen on hard times as a working single mother and they offered me financial support without manageable repayment terms. As well as this they encouraged me to save which I still am doing. Although I still receive mini loans, I have learnt how to manage my money better and save also!
