You can track when help will arrive on the app. Standard Roadside Assistance covers breakdowns that happen more than 1/4 mile away from your home and you can choose to cover a vehicle or a person in any vehicle as a driver or passenger.

Rewarding the loyalty

I would be happier if my loyalty would be rewarding. I find too high the yearly cost however, AA provides wild range of discount codes like car wash. Reviewed on: 29th May 2024

Worse Company in the World cause damage not fix it!!

Worse company in the world to deal with. My car has a fault which the patrol then added more problems when he damaged my ECU. Put in a claim straight away as soon as my Land Rover garage told me, they make me wait 6 weeks to come back to me and basically say Land Rover don’t know what they’re talking about cause the AA in house guys say their Patrol wouldn’t cause that issue. Even though I have CCTV evidence, proof from garage and Land Rover Uk. Ask them if their OBD readers and jump packs are regularly inspected and certificated (which they are) but they won’t supply evidence of this Reviewed on: 5th September 2019

Great service

My car’s red light came on and the manual said not to turn the engine back on. AA were here within half an hour and fixed the problem within an hour. Brilliant! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2019

Excellent service shame about the price hikes

I can not fault the service they provide however every year they try and put the price up by about £10 by just sending the new invoice through the post and I have to ring and spend a long time on the phone getting the price back down. Reviewed on: 9th July 2019

Went back on their word

Have had breakdown cover many years with this cheat of a company AA I never claimed.Paid through Quidco Twenty pound cash back refused,no reason ,will not deal with them ever again.I recommend you don't either. Reviewed on: 5th July 2019

Brilliant service, awful renewal

The AA adds such heavy discounts and cashback options to it's new customers that the renewal ended up totalling 4x more than we paid for the first year! Complete rip off. Reviewed on: 15th April 2019
