terrible

After sending all no claims bonus off numerous times they cancelled the policy as it was asnt showing 4 corners!! they have had a hefty deposit already and have charged me another for another policy , i'm legally going to look into how this works as it' seem a easy scam plus reading reviews seems they like a scam Reviewed on: 28th November 2022

Acorn... where do I begin! From the day I started I knew this company was different, from the staff to the structure to the opportunities that have presented themselves over the year, joining Acorn was truly the best career decision I have made and after being here for nearly 6 years I can confidently say I will not be going anywhere else. The family feel we have on the department is truly unmatched to any other job I have had prior and the memories, skills and confidence I have created has helped me excel in every area of my life and this is all thanks to Acorn! I've had a really positive experience with Acorn from the start. Their customer service has been excellent all throughout. The team are very friendly, helpful and explained everything clearly without ever rushing me. Whenever i've had any questions, they've been quick to respond and genuinely supportive.
