Customer service values

Simple, Easy, Admiral

Whenever I need something with Admiral I can quickly quote it or reference in the app. Within 5 mins I’ll have the answer. If for whatever reason that doesn’t help then I call customer services and I’ll get a friendly and knowledgeable staff member willing to advise. Can’t ask for more really. Just had to claim, so suspending true judgement

I've had no problems with Admiral so far, but had to make a claim the other day, which has not yet been processed; I cannot give a true judgement because I don't know how easy this will be or how it will be handled. Vote Admiral

Great insurance, good value for money, would recommend to anyone. My only criticism would be about questioning the accuracy of my Little Box. I do wonder if it’s contributed to my risen insurance costs unfairly. Reviewed on: 19th August 2023
