Excellent customer support

I have a multi car policy and as well as being great value the customer support is excellent- you can make changes to the policy on the app but also have access to chat function and whenever you speak to someone on the phone they are brilliant Reviewed on: 20th August 2023

Multi car policy

Admiral are always helpful and look for the cheapest prices for all our cars and house insurance. It's helpful for everything to be with one company. Everyone I speak to is friendly and during a claim were so understanding and kind. Reviewed on: 20th August 2023

My A to Zee

Very happy with Admiral

I never had to make a claim yet, but their customer service is competent, great cover for one of the cheapest fare, and the app makes it really easy to manage my contracts and cover. Reviewed on: 20th August 2023

Great company

I use Admiral as they provide a good multi cover and included in that is another vehicle and my home insurance all in one place and one payment which is great for me. Reviewed on: 20th August 2023

Not a bad company

We were with admiral for years and then went somewhere else due to the cost and have since returned as they were once again competitive. The only issue we’ve had really is someone had made an incorrect claim against us and admiral have not really kept us updated with that, even though it can be concerning having a false claim against you!
