Great Insurance Company

Great cover at a competitive price. Quick and asy to make any amendments online, such as adding a named driver (short or long term), changing details, policy requirements etc. Excellent customer service and helpline, if required, polite, helpful and understanding. Been with admiral for several years now and they are the best company I've been with in the last 10 years. Reviewed on: 20th August 2023

Best deal

I was charged 3 times more by my previous insurance when I was about to renew my car insurance but fortunately I got the best deal with admiral. It really lifted a big burden on my shoulder especially around this time when the cost of living is so high. Reviewed on: 20th August 2023

Customer service values

Simple, Easy, Admiral

Whenever I need something with Admiral I can quickly quote it or reference in the app. Within 5 mins I’ll have the answer. If for whatever reason that doesn’t help then I call customer services and I’ll get a friendly and knowledgeable staff member willing to advise. Can’t ask for more really. Just had to claim, so suspending true judgement

I've had no problems with Admiral so far, but had to make a claim the other day, which has not yet been processed; I cannot give a true judgement because I don't know how easy this will be or how it will be handled.
