Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Easy

Customer Focused

During the first national lockdown due to the pandemic, Admiral gave their Car Insurance Policy Holders a discount because we couldn't go anywhere. Such a great incentive to stay with Admiral as it looks after it's customers. Reviewed on: 18th August 2023

Very easy and great price

Multi Car Cover is Very Practical
