A Breeze

Easy and speedy application with decent pricing through multi policy service. Operators are amazing at simplifying insurance jargon and will really make the job of insurance easy. Reviewed on: 24th August 2024

Great insurer with great customer service

I first was insured by admiral as a learner driver and their rates were great, some of the cheapest. Once I passed my test their customer service was great and I was able to smoothly transition to full car insurance. They offered their customers a refund during coronavirus which was thoughtful and a great use of the company’s money. I am very pleased with them and will continue to stay with them in the future. Mixed experience

The admiral app doesn't fully work which can be annoying but the online chat is very quick and helpful. Had an issue with a claim being made against me and as it was an old claim that reopened admiral didn't inform me and I only found out by ringing them about a renewal which I felt was poor service. The people working at the call centres are always very nice and have tried the best to help me whenever there has been an issue. I've never had to wait too long for customer support which is positive. Over all I've had a mixed experience with Admiral. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great service at a great price.

After being with another company for a lot of years I felt I was getting ripped off when I tried to insure my daughter and granddaughters car. I phoned up admiral and changed all my insurances over to them and saved over £1,000 on the first year. My daughter had a small bump a year ago that was not her fault, Admiral took care of everything an it didn't affect the no claims bonus.
