Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Excellent customer service and value

Even during the current crisis, it was easy to get through and talk to someone on the phone. The agent took the time to go through lots of options and found me the best deal around! Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Customers come first...

I was pleasantly surprised that over the COVID-19 lockdown, paid their existing car insurance customers £25, due to less accidents on the roads. It just goes to show that they care and appreciate their customers and that their profits aren’t at the forefront of their objectives. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great Customer Service

I have been with admiral for almost 3 years now and the service has always been great! As a young driver it is rare to get a fair price with good coverage from a trusted company, yet Admiral have consistently delivered a good price at renewals and the customer service agents have been super helpful. The £25 refund during Covid for not travelling was a bonus too! When my Dad had a heart attack, as a named driver on my policy we notified Admiral and they were more concerned about my Dads health than anything, which was super refreshing in todays world. I would recommend to family and friends, especially when I see the poor experiences some of them have had with their insurance company. Thank you Admiral! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Excellent company
