Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Easy to deal with and saves us money!

We have multi-car insurance for our family and home insurance from Admiral. I have always found them easy to deal with and the website / the customer portal is really easy to use. I like the update newsletters and recently the app seems better with ability to check your location and send support quickly. Stress-free insurance

Admiral make everything easy, I’ve never had to worry about a thing. When I was concerned that the price of my insurance had risen, they even knocked off a bit of the price for being a loyal customer. Best insurance company ever!

I switched to admiral a few years ago and never looked back! Best insurance and peace of mind ever. Not only easy and trustworthy, when I had a collision (not from my fault), one phonecard later they took care of literally everything, courtesy car included. The prices each year are very good, too.
