Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Increasing my payment

Hi, I had a great experience until you increased my payment . Im 56 years old and I have 38 years of driving experience with out any issue. When I moved to UK, your legislation asked me to go and pass driving test, which I did! And now you treat me as a 21 years old driver. Hope that you gonna reconsider your decision. Thank you!!
