It fulfills the legal requirement but that's it

Your vehicle isn't really insured because they will try everything to avoid processing your claim. It's nearly 11 weeks since I was involved in a no-fault accident, and they have done nothing whatsoever to help and everything in their power to hinder. I don't have any experience of making insurance claims, but I wouldn't advise anyone to use Admiral unless it's very, very cheap and its 3rd party only (you're not getting anything more than 3rd party only when you pay the extra for fully comp). Great customer service

Best insurer I have ever had

I have been with admiral for so many years now have never had a reason to want to leave. Always easy to get through to on the phone for renewals or queries. I had to make a claim once and was very straightforward Reviewed on: 14th October 2022

Avoid this insurance company

I had accident a month ago. Still waiting for repair. Called them many times, always waiting at least 40 minutes before I was able to talk to someone.No respond. The worse insurance company I ever had Reviewed on: 12th October 2022

Never choose

Very bad experience. The worst customer service I have ever seen. I have reported an incident I made with my car that was really small-I regret reporting it now- and I took responsibility even before the third party reports it, if they did at all. I have been chasing the claim department for a month now after the garage they referred me to bounced back the job to them 3 weeks ago. I tried several times on the phone and every time I am put on waiting for 40-60 minutes and then the line drops. I have sent 2 emails and never got a reply. Very cheap company and I never recommend it even if it offers the lowest quote. Stay away, it is a trap. Reviewed on: 11th October 2022

Great for young Drivers
