Admiral provide third party car insurance policies and four levels of comprehensive cover – Admiral Essential, Admiral, Admiral Gold and Admiral Platinum.

Admiral offer vehicle insurance policies for vans, young drivers, new and learner drivers, temporary drivers and delivery drivers. It also has a MultiCar insurance option.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service when I rang them to talk about my renewal offer. They were able to quickly apply all discounts which resulted in lower premium. Although I do believe all discounts should have been applied without me ringing them in the first place. The service agent was also clearly uk based which made it easy to understand. Been with Admiral a number of years

Been with Admiral for a number of years, always received great customer service and not huge waits on their phone lines. The big annoyance is their pricing, huge rises on renewal letters, yet contact them and they reduce it or match a competitor no problem. Just give me the cheaper price in the first place! I renewed my car insurance with Admiral Gold - still the cheapest quote for a good package! I haven't had to claim, but I'm happy with the cover and extras in my policy, just in case I ever have to claim. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024
