Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Do anything to make you stay

Everytime my insurance is auto-renewing, I compare with other company’s & they always price match the cheapest company! The staff on the phones are always so friendly & explaining everything so in depth! Will probably never ever change car insurance company! Reviewed on: 23rd August 2022

Good renewal price and excellent service

The live chat solves every issue I have meaning I can work or do whatever while dealing with renewals or changes. I have never received a renewal quote which has been higher than my existing premium and it was rarely beaten by other providers if I was to go to them as a new customer. Best for Students
