Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Multi car cover

Very happy with the service received. My renewal price with LV was astronomical when adding my 17 year old daughter to my multicar policy. Admiral offered what I needed at a competitive price on-line. Had some queries so phoned and got an even better deal. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2022

Great cover at a Great Price!

Reliable service
