Great helpful and cheap insurance

I have had this insurance company for years now. They have always been helpful in getting me the best price possible, and they are much cheaper than most other competitors. The best part is if you modify your policy (or add modifications on the car ) they accept this and only charge a £9.50 fee which is fantastic! Fantastic company!

I’ve been ensured with admiral for the last 5 years and they’ve been great - they don’t yank the cost of insurance right up every year unlike most companies. And their customer service was fantastic at explaining how to arrange a windshield replacement and very quickly made sure I knew it wouldn’t affect my no claims. 10/10 stars Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Another year of no claims - premium through the roof

Another year of no claims leading to extortionate price increase. Impossible to speak to a human and reluctance to price match the plethora of other providers whom offer (slightly) more reasonable premium rates. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

The service is good and the online portal is easy to use in most circumstances. I made a claim last year and it took them 7 months to decide to write the vehicle off due to difficulty sourcing parts so that was a little disappointing.
