Admiral Car insurance reviews (22417)

So accommodating

Admiral respond quickly and accommodate unforseen changes without any moaning or quibbling. Twice this year I have had to add one of my children on to my insurance temporarily whilst their own cars were in for repairs (due to mechanical issues). Admiral did this without a problem, even though each of them were under 25 (one was 22 and one was 24 - both been driving since they were 18). I have, in the past, been with insurance companies who would not allow this due to their ages. Thanks to Admiral's understanding policy, both my children were able to use my car to get them to work ! ok but inconsistent

Cheap Car Insurace

un loyal to previous customers

Was with them a year and on my renewal the price that they had given me was £19 lower than the previous year but when i did a price comparison with that same company my insurance was coming up £90 cheaper so I have lost my trust with them! Reviewed on: 25th August 2016

Hit by Admiral Customer - Excellent Service

I was knocked off my bike by a customer of Admiral Insurance and they took great care to compensate me for the trouble and walk me through, step by step, the process of a claim. Was very impressed. Reviewed on: 25th August 2016

Okay

Friendly customer service advisors but far too many departments. I was passed from advisor to advisor when trying to renew my policy. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2016

Decent

A decent company, with fairly quick customer service but somewhat obscure pricing. Never had a claim so I don't know how they would work. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2016
