un loyal to previous customers

Was with them a year and on my renewal the price that they had given me was £19 lower than the previous year but when i did a price comparison with that same company my insurance was coming up £90 cheaper so I have lost my trust with them! Reviewed on: 25th August 2016

Hit by Admiral Customer - Excellent Service

I was knocked off my bike by a customer of Admiral Insurance and they took great care to compensate me for the trouble and walk me through, step by step, the process of a claim. Was very impressed. Reviewed on: 25th August 2016

Okay

Friendly customer service advisors but far too many departments. I was passed from advisor to advisor when trying to renew my policy. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2016

Decent

A decent company, with fairly quick customer service but somewhat obscure pricing. Never had a claim so I don't know how they would work. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2016

car write off
