Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

The company went extra mile

During covid they helped their customers. Among other it’s extremely easy to claim on broken car insurance. They are very professional. Been with them for a few years. The prices are very competitive. One I tried to find a better price but others could not match. Reviewed on: 17th August 2022
