Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great Price and Great Service

I've been fortunate to not have had to claim so I can't say much about that. However, their app is so user friendly and I am able to find all the information that I need. I also really appreciate that they record my 'trips' on the app to determine if I am eligible for a discount in the next renewal. Reviewed on: 17th August 2022
