Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Good company insurance

Great customer service for a great price

Admiral has a great customer service base for a very reasonable rate. Recently my brother has passed his test and I have started up a multi-car insurance policy which has saved him loads of money on his insurance. Something I wish I had had the option of when I first passed! Every year on annual renewal I phone up and they always apply the loyalty discount on my request and so I really feel as though I have the best insurance policy possible.
