Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Stress free

Best company I’ve been with for a long time. The app just makes everything so much easier when trying to receive quotes on either new cars or modifications. Super quick and easy

I was with another provider and after using a comparison site found Admiral could insure me for several hundred pounds less. After deciding to switch the process of starting admiral coverage was simple and quick, and as a fairly new driver I really appreciated this as I didn’t have much experience with insurance.
