Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Lovely people and great service

Every time I’ve needed to speak to someone at Admiral they’ve been great, especially when I made a claim earlier this year. They were so friendly and kept me up to date with everything. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to a friend! Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Admiral car insurance

Best insurance company I have ever had and I have been driving for 30 years now. They keep me updated with news letters and payments. They have always been there when needed and have a lot of patience with me as I am getting older and not understanding some things . They always get back to me when I call 8f lines are busy.
