Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Amazing value

Admiral are used by so many of my friends and family members, they offered way better value than some providers, AA and Directline were charging 3x the price. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

An amazing customer service from start to finish.

Admiral are clearly and constantly keen to put their customers first. I recently renewed my insurance and the individual who assisted was genuinely helpful and there to ensure I had the best deal. They are also very accessible at all times. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Easy, efficient and competitive.

I have had multi car insurance with Admiral for a few years now. I find them incredibly easy to deal with for any changes I have required, or even for adding temporary drivers.
