Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Simple and easy

The best insurance provider there is!

Not only do they have the best, most user friendly online platform but also, can I just say how dedicated their customer service team are! And it's only my first (of many more) years with Admiral! Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Swift, transparent, and affordable

I received great insurance insuring my faimly car with Admiral, but where I was really impressed was when I expanded to a multi-car policy and insured my second, lesser used vehicle with them. They beat out the renewal rate with my old insurer and gave great service and a smooth experience adding the second vehicle and making it easy to manage both from the same portal (something my old insurer couldn't do). In fact I was so impressed that I recommended them to both my brother and a close friend, both of whom now have their policies with Admiral and similarly complimented them on the better rate for underwriting, ease of process, and transparency.
