Keep coming back to them

Overall Admiral keep offering the best price on the market, good product with a good level of cover. On the occasion you claim they are quick and efficient to handle your claim. The one fly in the ointment is the online/app servicing of your account is poor with continued issues and problems. But overall good product and service. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Admiral

I have been with Admiral for 16 years and have only had good experiences with them. The insurance they provide is always competitive when comparing cover from other providers. Excellent service with competitive prices

I've been with Admiral since my children learnt to drive as they were the most competitive prices around. Now I still use then 10 years later & have a mulitcar policy which is also very competitively priced for all our cars. Easy to navigate website plus very friendly & knowledgeable staff. Good admiral experience.

My mum actually persuaded me to use admiral for my car insurance. She mentioned you had great custom service and most importantly good cover! Speaking to you guys over the phone really helped me out as my last vehicle ended up being a right off and I was having difficulty finding a good insurance for decent value. As we have two vehicles in the house hold, the sales advisor suggested putting two vehicles on one insurance which made it cheaper for me. Lastly, your app design had a great user interface! It’s easy to navigate through whether you want to check your payments, details on your policy or contact information to speak to you guys. Overall I’ve had little to no issues and would definitely continue my policy next year and recommend to a friend / family. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Amazing service, especially during lockdown

I’ve been with Admiral for three years and have nothing but excellent things to say. Their customer service is fantastic and they’re easy to get hold of - I usually contact them via Twitter and they reply back quickly. During lockdown, they gave me back some money, due to the country coming to a halt and people not driving, which was a nice touch. Their renewal offers are always great too. Fantastic service, competitive prices, easy to arrange.

A competing price insurance offer with great add-ons like a courtesy car and legal aid etc. very easy to set up and very easy to understand my insurance plan. Overall I wish I’d been with admiral for a lot longer. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
