Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great service , friendly knowledgeable staff

I had to claim following a car collision, the staff did everything they could to help sort things out as quickly as possible. I had to telephone through a number of times and, due to the detailed notes each staff member had made, never had to explain everything from scratch. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Cheapest for young driver

I wanted a high powered car when I turned 19 but after looking through lots of insurance companies I thought I would never be able to afford the insurance, found admiral and they offered me an amazing price, it was really easy to set up too! Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
