Overall Admiral keep offering the best price on the market, good product with a good level of cover. On the occasion you claim they are quick and efficient to handle your claim. The one fly in the ointment is the online/app servicing of your account is poor with continued issues and problems. But overall good product and service. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Easy to use online and made easy to contact

Many insurance companies make it extremely difficult to contact their customer service department and their online document access is difficult to navigate, but Admiral have nailed this, taking the stress away from something you never really want to deal with.
