Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Reliable, affordable, great customer service

I have been with admiral since passing my test 8 years ago. They have always offered me a very competitive price even when I had just passed my test. Their customer service is outstanding and extremely helpful. I cannot recommend highly enough. I have full confidence in Admirals policies and can't imagine using anyone else! Great first time insurance

Got my first insurance with Admiral, I got the little box insurance as I had just passed my test, not only was it affordable but it was really easy to install the black box all I had to do is plug it into the cigarette lighter and off I go. Didn’t even have to keep it plugged in for the whole year after a few months they had enough data and no longer required a black box. The black box also was helpful for the first couple months of passing as it gave feedback on driving ! Would definitely recommend for any first time driver looking for insurance ! Cheap & Simple

As the title says; Admiral is a cheap and simple insurer and make things hassle free. I would recommend to anyone due to there pricing and how easy it is to insure yourselves with them. I am yet to change insurer since driving due to always being offered the best deal through admiral. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
