Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Easy to make changes, good value for money

When looking at quotes for a new car, Admiral came in the cheapest by far. As a new driver, the ability to spend £50 to upgrade my policy, or £500 for a lower level of cover was an easy choice to make. The process of switching the vehicle on the policy was really easy and done through the app within a day. Reviewed on: 8th August 2024

Few months after I joined the insurance I had a bad experience that i almost waned to leave because I was told someone will call me in 7 days to help but none , then later I got a call and the assistance was really helpful that I end up changing my mind to stay and ever since that day everything have been running smooth , Admiral is truly the best that is , the best that was and the best that will ever be , Reviewed on: 8th August 2024

Great customer service

Easy to set up and great customer service
