Fine, offers not v customer friendly

Wanted to renew and got a better price as a new customer. Van or car insurance seemed arbitrary as to whether a vehicle came under one or the other. Customer service always pleasant, no major complaints, just seems to be the norm with insurance in general that incidents are dealt with in the way that makes the least work for the provider.
