Keep coming back to them

Overall Admiral keep offering the best price on the market, good product with a good level of cover. On the occasion you claim they are quick and efficient to handle your claim. The one fly in the ointment is the online/app servicing of your account is poor with continued issues and problems. But overall good product and service. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Admiral Insurance - Outstanding Service

I have held a multi-car insurance with Admiral for a number of years now. Right from day one the service has been first class. They combined both my insurances even though the renewal dates were different and recognised my full no claims bonus, whilst at the same time providing outstanding value for money. No fuss each year in having to hunt around for alternative quotes as they always come in cheapest and the renewal process couldn't be more straightforward. I could not recommend Admiral more highly. The only company from my experience that actually deliver on their advertisements. Not forgetting they made a cash contribution to all policy holders during Covid to recognise the lower level of claims. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
