Agents went above and beyond!

My partner and I are looking at an insurance for myself who is currently a learner driver. Our original quote was roughly around £1200. We were happy to proceed with this so we called Admiral on the phone did the process. Our agent on the phone picked up the fact I kept referring to my “partner” and he advised that our insurance quote that we were in the middle of processing had the relationship set us “friends” and he changed it to “partner and got us a great saving!!! From £1200 it went down to approximately £900! You always think that businesses would do the best they can to make as much profit. But with the help of the agent on the other line he’s not only delivered a great customer service by being so patient with us but helped us get some great savings! He didn’t have to but he genuinely wanted to make a difference and we were so grateful for him. This made our experience so smoothly and left very positive impression from Admiral. This is a fine example of a superb customer service and cannot recommend Admiral enough to my other friends and family. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
