Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great insurance provider

I've been with Admiral for a few years now and luckily, I have never needed to use their insurance!! However, when I have needed to contact them for tweaks to my policy, they are so quick and friendly and so I have no doubts that they will help me with whatever I need. Another thing I love is unlike most other companies I have had policies with, their renewal prices don't rocket up after the first year!! I will happily stay with Admiral for many years to come. Hit and miss

Overall I’m pleased with Admiral - they are easy enough to contact and their pricing is quite competitive for what they offer. I had some issues in resolving a claim in a timely manner, which was eventually dealt with satisfactorily, but I had to make a complaint. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
