This company is a bad joke

This company is a bad joke This company is a bad joke. I was involved in an accident with one of the company's customers(rear-ended), wasn't my fault and the other driver made the claim to fix my car. Since the 14th of February, they have kept telling me that they will make the payment but they refuse and they find different reasons. If a minor claim is happening like this I can't imagine for something else. I would NOT recommend anyone to deal with or take any insurance from this company. Don't want to pay valid claims

Admiral referred us to their preferred supplier to replace a hearing aid. When Counrtywide Hearing quoted £1500 more than anyone else to replace, Admiral decided we were underinsured and offered a very low sum. Ended up buying the hearing aids ourselves. Reviewed on: 13th February 2024

Never go near Admiral Insurance.

Never go near Admiral Insurance. Was hit on the M25 18 months ago and the claim has failed to be progressed and solved. They then raised the premium as I was stuck with them due to the fear of moving my no claims, based on the accident being unresolved. Stay Away from Admiral! Reviewed on: 10th February 2024

Admiral are refusing to engage with our complaint after a no fault claim. They passed our car to a company called Auxillis who have had it for four months now and have done nothing. Victim of an Admiral customer

I was hit by an Admiral insured driver Dec 2 . The driver ignored requests to provide details (a criminal offence). Admiral contacted me just before I contacted the police. Eventually their repairers took my car away. After alot of messing me about my car was returned on Dec 28. Repair was not complete and was taken away again. Finally returned 4/1/2024. Paint job was a poor match. Repairers were slow and did a bad job. Complained to admiral and they rejected - said that my bumper was already the wrong colour before their repairers (Steer of Ayr) repiared it Reviewed on: 24th January 2024

Admiral insurance - the worst in the UK

I've been a customer for almost 5 years and I've never been involved in an accident, I've never made a claim. At the end of last year, I renewed my policy annually and also included a second car in my policy (on the Admiral app they say they grant 15%, but there is no such discount). I spoke to an attendant but it was impossible to proceed. This attendant was completely unprepared (she was in training) and constantly interrupted the call and consulted someone else (a boss or supervisor) about my questions, as she didn't know how to answer them. It was impossible to understand what she was saying (she had very bad diction as if she was eating all the time). She interrupted me all the time, not letting me speak. Extremely rude and without technical knowledge. I was on the phone for almost an hour, they didn't resolve what I wanted and they even hung up on me. She could never work in customer service. This company has the worst customer service in the UK. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you want to be disrespected. I'm going to cancel my policy, it doesn't include my second car in the main policy and my two daughters didn't take out insurance with Admiral, meaning they lost four customers. And I am reporting what happened to all my personal friends and those at my company. He has to learn how to work and respect people—the worst insurance company in the UK. I was hit by an Admiral insured driver

Worst experience ever

Admiral paid out on a false claim on my motor insurance without my knowledge even though I told them I wasn't involved, hadn't even been in the area, they sent an engineer out to inspect my car for damages or repairs he found everything was in good order, I sent photographs of my car (which they asked for) showing no damage to my car they asked if I would be willing to go to court "yes of course I would" I didn't hear anything from them and assumed it had been dealt with until my renewal was up and I went with another insurance company, that's when I found out they had paid out stating I was at fault. Pushing my insurance premium up and losing my 35yrs no claims.I'm currently pursuing the matter with Admiral when they offered me £20 inconvenience money to treat myself at the weekend ha, obviously I refused, lodged a complaint and today I received an email making me an offer of £30 also refused. This at fault claim will stay on my data for 5 years, very unfair! I'm in the process of going through the ombudsman if nothing comes of it I'll be getting a solicitor. I've been driving for 38 years and never experienced anything like this. My advice... steer clear of Admiral they are shocking. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2024

Need to do better job

Chose this insurance asnit was most suitable for my needs. Afterbcar accident ,they did absolutely nothing to help out. Sent me to take a pictures of the car and send it to them,basically do their job. Ask some questions got all the answers . Someone did not do their job properly and after more than a month chasing them up finally agreed to do the pay out. Called next day and decided not to pay anymore as "something came up". Even so it was clear and honest answer from the beggining. Very unprofessional people work there . Need a lot more training before you send them out to aswer damn phone calls and "assist on the best interest of the customer" . Don't waste your time on this insurance company . Of course they will look after they own interest. I lost my car and was mugged by them. This is a joke. Reviewed on: 11th December 2023
