Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Amazing, and super-easy customer service!

I have honestly never had any concerns with admiral, I have left to go to another provider and returned within the year. Whenever I have had a question they have been super quick to resolve with no hassle at all! Couldn’t recommend them enough! Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Excellent insurers

Best insurance for new drivers

I’ve only been driving in the UK for two years now after driving for over 16 years in my home country. Admiral has the next coverage, nicest agents when you’re in need, and my policy is also linked with AA in case I have any roadside troubles, or if I accidentally put petrol in my diesel car again.
