Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Very professional and affordable

Simple affordable insurance, no fuss

Admiral have been superb as an insurance provider. The sign up process was simple and they've been competitive ever since signing up. The multicover setup makes life easier tha I could have hoped. In addition to this, they have kept their prices down, even offering a cheaper renewal without any need to call. No automatic renewal at a higher cost is extremely consumer friendly and is the sort of thing that will make me come back to them again and again. Peace of mind shouldn't be expensive or a chore, it should be a given and admiral do just that. Top insurer, will definitely recommend them to anyone. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
