Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great price for multi-cover

Every year I go on various comparison sites to find a cheaper car insurance for our 3 cars - Admiral is fantastic value for money and so easy to obtain a quotation, also taking in to account my son and now my daughter as a learner drivers - cost was much cheaper than any competitors - easy to get insurance details online or by phone, all the customer service operatives are extremely helpful- I wouldn’t be with any other Insurance Company A**** service.
