Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Returning customer

I went with admiral when I first passed my test in 2013, I have renewed with them once and returned to them twice. There have been times when my quote for the next year has come back higher, but they are always happy to help on the phone to look at the best options for me. They have offered reductions where possible and provide excellent customer service - easily contactable and efficient in sending email reminders and offers of interest. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Worthy of customer loyalty

I’ve been an admiral customer for 5 of the 6 years I have been driving. I tried another provided and just came back to admiral. They are great value for money, reliable and always able to help when I need. Admiral is a fantastic provider and I’ll be happy to stay with them for many years to come. Great insurance for first time driver

Simple, competitive and extensive cover

Simple to get quote and apply. Pleased with cost as thought it would have been a lot higher being a new driver. Had a black box but after 3 months was asked to return. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

I would not insure with anyone else

I’ve been with Admiral consistently for over 10 years now and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’ve consistently beat my annual renewal price each time and even on the odd occasion I’ve been quoted better elsewhere, they’ve beaten that too! I’m a customer for life as they do reward loyalty!
