Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Brilliant insurance company!

Admiral has great customer service and an easy renewal process. It has a wide range of services which are easy to discuss and start. The online app is quick and easy to use and can make changes without calling. Admiral has good prices and has been the cheapest so far. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

A new policy

I was elsewhere can’t say who but they put the price up, Admiral saved me over £120 and that was on my previous years price which was almost the very cheapest then , so would I recommend Admiral ? YES I would and so would my bank balance When I moved home they took the change and sorted the change quickly and without any Stress Would I recommend Admiral ? Excellent insurance for a fair price

I've recently taken out Admiral car insurance as a new driver. The price was very good and the cover is comprehensive, including everything that I need plus AA membership. I recommend Admiral insurance to other new drivers. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
