Admiral provide third party car insurance policies and four levels of comprehensive cover – Admiral Essential, Admiral, Admiral Gold and Admiral Platinum.

Admiral offer vehicle insurance policies for vans, young drivers, new and learner drivers, temporary drivers and delivery drivers. It also has a MultiCar insurance option.

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Very good, consistent service

I call up every year to renew my car insurance and they always talk to me in a polite manner and offer support where needed. Last year I was looking to switch and they were very attentive to my reasons and did what they could to accommodate my needs. This effort alone is what made me stay with Admiral as other insurers have not put in the effort to retain me. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

I’ve used Admiral for many years and never found that they were trying to ‘upcharge me’ on renewals… price consistently dropped each year. Admiral successfully defended a claim against me, were factual in their approach to the situation and easy to deal with. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
