Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

So quick and easy..

My Admiral multicar insurance renewal came via email. I checked their price and was pleased to find they were cheaper than other companies. I needed to add another driver to the policy and this only took a quick call. All so quick and easy. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Admiral honest opinion

Admiral is a great car insurance to use sends you weekly updates on how your driving and what you could do to improve. I find this a little frustrating sometimes as it will sometimes say improve the times you drive in however that trip would be for a valid reason.
