Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Pretty easy sign up process

Haven’t really had an opportunity to make a claim, but level of cover is good and price is good. Also, there’s a they’ve offered a cash prize if we “vote for them”. Is that even allowed? Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Great value for performance car

I have a performance car and only 4 years no claims due to having a company car for around 10 years previously. Admiral’s cover was around half of my previous insurer’s quote. Making changes are super easy on the portal too. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Help when you need it!

Excellent assistance when I most needed it
