Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Look after Admiral and Admiral looks after you

Quick to answer the phone and provide support for almost anything. When my car was broken down or my aunties car was hit they were able to assist and go above and beyond at times with helpful staff. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Professional company with excellent customer service

I have been an admiral customer for several years and have always found them very professional. They are easy to contact on the ocassions when you need to speak to a person rather than an automated telephone message. The online portal is also very easy to use and enables to you update your account and make changes where necessary. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
