Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Affordable and amazing insurance

Admiral is the go-to insurance company for reliable, affordable insurance. I started using Admiral for travel insurance then soon after I also changed to Admiral for my car insurance too. Admiral's car insurance website is extremely easy to navigate, and start the insurance for your car. After this I can find my insurance documents with minimal effort. Everytime I have needed help the wonderful support staff always go above-and-beyond to find the right answers.
