Multi car and home insurance a doddle to purchase

I have purchased my car insurance with Admiral and decided to add my new home on a different date. As a first time buyer, at first I was unclear what insurance to buy, but Admiral made it easy. I have since added my brothers car to my policy which was better value for money than he was getting else where. I will continue to recommend Admril based on there value and customer service to date. Perfect for all your insurance needs

Admiral have been so helpful and friendly with each and every staff Member i have dealt with. They have made insurance no longer a chore, i sorted out all my insurance needs for house and car and travel all in one simple phonecall. The staff are knowledgable on every product they sell and they really do put ther cutsomers first. There is no messing around with prices, they give there best price first. Excellent all round service

So many admin costs

The customer service is fine and most are relatively helpful and polite. However, so many hidden costs. I put a 3rd car on my policy and took my 2nd off a day later due to a change in car and lost my multi car discount. I was then charge £30 to change my partner's job title, and then a further £30 the following day when I removed a car from the policy. They were never the cheapest quote but I stuck with them for ease of having both cars & house on the same policy but at renewal I'll switch out all three for the cheapest option Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
