Great value for money, first time buyers

Perfect for all your insurance needs

Admiral have been so helpful and friendly with each and every staff Member i have dealt with. They have made insurance no longer a chore, i sorted out all my insurance needs for house and car and travel all in one simple phonecall. The staff are knowledgable on every product they sell and they really do put ther cutsomers first. There is no messing around with prices, they give there best price first. Excellent all round service

So many admin costs

The customer service is fine and most are relatively helpful and polite. However, so many hidden costs. I put a 3rd car on my policy and took my 2nd off a day later due to a change in car and lost my multi car discount. I was then charge £30 to change my partner's job title, and then a further £30 the following day when I removed a car from the policy. They were never the cheapest quote but I stuck with them for ease of having both cars & house on the same policy but at renewal I'll switch out all three for the cheapest option Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Not had to claim, but great service and price.

Not had to claim through Admiral, however whenever we've had to deal with the customer service department for other reasons it's always been a positive experience. No holding on the phone forever, no excessive admin charges, and a great price to begin with. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
