Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Reliable,

We have been insured with admiral for a few years now. The prices are competitive. We were unfortunately burgled a few years back and was dealt with really well. Our premium didnt then jump either. Reviewed on: 17th August 2022

great service and price

got a multi cover insurance with admiral and they didn't event charge me for the first few weeks of my home cover. after a few weeks, I had an electrical problem and they were able to sort it out without me having to pay any excess. really great customer service and discount for multi cover insurance Reviewed on: 17th August 2022
