Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Terrible experience

I’ve been tearing my hair out trying to renew my home insurance online. Tried half a dozen times and it just kept failing. So I called them and after another three attempts, including being cut off by their agent, finally managed to renew. The whole process took about 45 minutes when it should hav3 taken 2. After getting a renewal quote I contacted them and they were very helpful and they matched the cheaper price that was on the comparison site. I've got a multi policy and I saved just over £200 annually Reviewed on: 17th August 2022

Easy Service

Admiral multi quote have been cheapest for several years now, I check every renewal but they remain competitive. Haven’t had to use the insurance yet but so far so good. Reviewed on: 17th August 2022

Excellent customer service, would totally recommend

I spoke to a lady on the phone who couldnt have been more helpful, she explained the multi -policy option, I ended up switching 2 cars and house building and contents insurance together. Excellent policy, good price and reassurance the policies covered everything. Reviewed on: 17th August 2022
