Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Fair pricing every year

Every time my policies are up for renewal I search for the best deals and Admiral have always come out the best value. If they aren't the cheapest then they're close to it, and the extra features always add peace of mind. Reviewed on: 17th August 2022

No annual premium additions

The first insurance company I’ve used who don’t bump up my premium every year. I used to switch each year but have stayed with Admiral for home insurance for 4 years and for 3 years with car insurance as it is still working out cheaper than switching Reviewed on: 17th August 2022

Great Value

Friendly and helpful experience

I've been with Admiral for about the last 5 or 6 years now, although I've never had to claim, the team have always been friendly and helpful if I have had to call. I have my home and both cars insured through admiral and receive a great multicover discount that makes the cost very competitive to other companies. Reviewed on: 17th August 2022
